Kelong mould: the 240L trash can mould is already a relatively large product in the trash can. The product has a high height and a long distance between the plastic openings. It is not easy to injection moulding, and it is easy to eccentric.

Due to the cooling and shrinkage of the trash can product after forming, it is tightly wrapped on the core. During the demoulding process, due to the large force area of the sidewall, there is huge friction between the product and the surface of the core. Therefore, when designing the 240L trash can mould, Kelong adopted the ejector plate + air cap structure to push out and also made a side blowing design at 1/3 of the core.
